Join me in the Village Hall and I'll guide you through a sequence of Yoga postures focusing on full body mobility, strength and co-ordination. Would you like to be a little more supple or feel more balanced? This type of movement will help you work on that.
Mindful movement can also be a wonderful thing for stress reduction. Many of my students notice they get their best nights sleep after a yoga class.
